DIY Gifts for Your Boyfriend
A question that haunts almost every other girl who has a boyfriend/fiance/husband – What is it that I can gift him? We all know how easy it is to gift something to our best friend(girl). We only have to answer one question – Is it cute enough? And bam! we have our answer. But when it comes to guys there are about gazillion questions popping in our head – Is it too cute? Is it girly? Would he be repelled? Would he yawn when he sees this? Would he ignore that i made it for him and more of these crazy thoughts pop into our head. So here are a few boyfriend proof heartsy stuff that he would love :)
CARDS
Color Theory – Two things that you oughta keep in mind when you are making something for your guy. Colors like pink, bright neons, rainbow-ish stuff are usually guy repellers. Try and keep it subtle. Opt for shades of beige, black, grey et all and in order to make it look more appealing, add a bit of color in it. Like these cards exhibited below.
WALL ART
The next thing that you can do is make some sort of wall art for him? This one is considerably easy and would totally impress him. Take a newspaper or an old book and cut it in the shape of a tree. Cut a few branches and glue it together. Stick it on the cardboard so that it stays still. Once done, cut two hearts, write your initials on them. Take a cute lil thread and glue it on the heart and let it hang on the branches. Stick the whole thing on one of the wall and see how aw-struck he would be!
Another gift which is worth investing your time in, is this elegant looking frame. To make this, you would need an empty frame, preferably without a glass. Make a few newspaper print heart cutouts of the same shape and stick it on a paper. And one heart in a different color. Red stands out quiet well. So we would recommend that you opt for red. Stick em nicely on this piece of paper and gift it to your guy.
