With Valentine's day coming up it's a great excuse to be playing with some romantic makeup looks in soft rosy shades.
Bare Minerals have launched a mini collection called
True Romantic featuring the most stunning rose gold packaging - I'm a total magpie for all things rose gold, so I absolutely love this collection.
I've been trying out the lipstick and lip liner from the
True Romantic collection which are in the shades feel the love and liberated. Feel the love is a deep rosy nude shades which compliments a pinkish makeup look and makes it look a little more sophisticated than adding a barbie pink. It's a moxie lipstick, so you get the usual amazingly creamy and full coverage formula that I always associate with Bare Minerals. The lip liner in liberated is almost an exact match for my lip colour, so a really useful one to have in my stash for wearing under almost any colour so increase the staying power and definition of my lipstick.
Here I'm also wearing a Bare Minerals ready blush which I already owned in a shade called the one, my foundation is
Nars sheer glow in santa fe and my eye liner is one I've just recently got from Pixi (
lash line ink) which I'm loving so far. I fancied a pinky shadow for my eyes to go with my True Romantic lips, so I headed straight for the
Naked 3 palette and the shade limit which is a pretty, dusky, matte pink.
This is the full
True Romantic collection - the rose gold packaging follows through to the eye quad and also the lids of the lipgloss and blush and it just makes all of the products look extra special. You can pick up all of the items in the collection from
