RECIPE: GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE BREAD

Dette brødet altså, det må dere prøve! Så himla godt og så himla enkelt. Null heving, null elting, bare hive alt i en bolle, opp i formen og rett inn i ovnen. Ikke noe hokus pokus, uten gluten og uten laktose, og proppfullt av deilige frø.

Ingredienser (1 brød):

1 dl solsikkekjerner

1 dl gresskarkjerner

1 dl sesamfrø

2 revne gulrøtter

4 egg

1 ts bakepulver

1,5 dl glutenfri brødmix

1 klype salt

1-1,5 dl rismelk

Mix alt i en bolle, stekes midt i ovnen i 55 minutter på 190 grader. As simple as that!

You should so try this bread – it’s so good, not to mention easy to make! Just mix all the ingredients and leave it in the oven – no knead, no yeast, no gluten, no lactose.

Ingredients (1 bread):

1 dl sunflower seeds

1 dl pumpkin seeds

1 dl sesame seeds

2 shredded carrots

4 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1,5 glutenfree baking mix

1-1,5 dl rice milk

1 pinch salt

Mix it all together, and leave it in the oven for 55 minutes on 190 degrees. So simple, so yummy and so healthy!
