Outfit: A certain Shade of Green

Sweater: Zara, Top: H&M, Skirt (c/o): Poppy Lux, Cut-out Boots (c/o): Shoe Discount, Jewelry & Bag: Vintage
When I was like 7, I decided that I needed to pick a 'favorite color'. Unfortunately I have this bad habit of not being able to choose so I decided on blue, purple & green. Even more specifically violet, yellowgreen, darkgreen & any shade of blue. Many years later only the blue still stands. This clearly reflects in my wardrobe as it's the main color standing between neutrals like white, greys, black & the occasional nude. Just check my outfit archives, apparently I'm very consistent color-wise. While my weird obsession with violet (luckily) disappeared, I still love green once in a while. Like this yellowgreen accent that comes back in this awesome sequin skirt from Poppy Lux. Yeah I admit it, I love anything shiny.

Another consistency that I'm noticing in my wardrobe is my love for black cut-out boots. They're the perfect touch of rock 'n roll to keep any look from being too preppy. This new pair that I got from Shoe Discount have a rounded tip and golden accents. No look is complete without a touch of gold, am I right? Well it was the perfect fit to survive the seasonal pressdays in Antwerp where I discovered lots of AW15 goodies. Boy, was I happy to see one of the trends is the return of all shades blue & green accents. With the main attraction of monochrome (when will that ever not be a thing in fashion anyway). I foresee a colorful winter.
