For those of us in the northern hemisphere, Spring Break is upon us. Mine was last week and it flew by quickly. With a packed suitcase (Rick Owens Lilies wool blend knits, naturally), I took a road trip east to the Deep South (see my Instagram for a few photos) where my family is from. I probably indulged too much in fried food and white starches. Now a return to healthier eating is in order.
