Mom Style {Day or Date: LBD for Beach or Evening}

Stevie and I have been so busy this summer and believe it or not, we’ve actually been having a lot of fun! Remember my dream of having a kid who enjoys the beach? That dream is in the process of coming true!! >> Insert cheering and hand clapping << We’ve definitely been making up for lost time this year.

I’m working on some posts about our adventures, but until those get done, here is one about a versatile little black dress and how I wear it during our summer days or on a date. The date hasn’t technically happened yet, but even if it’s not until our anniversary date in September, it will happen eventually.

Here we go from beach to evening in one fell swoop. (Wow. I thought it was one “foul” swoop all this time, but I just looked it up. Huh. One fell swoop. OK.)

I envision this would be great for a day trip up the coast, where we could be tourists by day and then with a swift change of shoes and accessories, I’d be set for dinner! Maybe a spritz of perfume too after all that walking around.
