Three Word Thursday and a Booty Dance

Hello!

Lots of things have been going on over here behind the bloggy blog world. The good and the bad, as always right? I’ve had a lot more time with the boys with the new summer schedule and all. Unfortunately some of that time was countess hours in the middle of the night dealing with someone else’s sensitive stomach and attempting to sleep in the family room on the floor with a bucket my hid side.

I’ve been so good lately about getting enough sleep, that when those nights come and I don’t get any it really does a number on me.

Luckily, it was a one night deal, and he was back to his normal dancing self last night. If you’re on instagram you know what I’m talking about.

I’ve been taking things really easy this week. You know, the whole taking recovery seriously for a change.

Speaking of recovery, I found this Competitor Running article on recovery that has a lot of good advice. I don’t know about you, but I need as much convincing to rest as I do to get motivated to work hard. These are tips for recovery days in general.
