I love compression gear and it has made a huge difference in helping blood flow through my legs and recovery. I mainly wear compression tights for recovery, but love to run in them in cooler weather also.
The waist on these pants is perfect. It says it has extra support in the gusset on the tag and I am all about that. I hike these up and they definitely help keep everything tucked in and supported. I think they might even be better than SPANX.
I also really like the drawstring and key pocket.
I haven’t run in these particular pants yet, but I have worn them for over 12 hours yesterday and can attest to the comfort.
