Cooking with Herbs September:

An Indian Summer & Mediterranean Theme!

Welcome to a new Cooking with Herbs challenge for September! With thanks to all who entered last month and look out for the round-up later today or tomorrow here: Summer Herbs Cookbook: Cooking with Herbs Round-Up for August

This month promises to be warm, so the weatherman says anyway…….so, in line with a projected Indian Summer, I have set a theme of Mediterranean, which fits in VERY nicely with the current Tea Time Treats theme too!

So, I am looking for Mediterranean herbs in any style of recipe…….such as:

Thyme

Oregano

Basil

Rosemary

Sorrel

Fennel

Chervil

Dill

Tarragon

Have fun in the sun and I look forward to seeing what you all come up with!
