Fringe Cape

I mean, thank goodness for the cape. Winter clearly isn't going anywhere around here and a cape is the only acceptable form to basically wear a blanket wrapped around yourself out in public. I don't know how much longer I can handle this weather anyways! It's all everyone seems to talk about these days, this girl is ready for a beach and a new topic of conversation. We didn't bear the cold at Fashion Week this season and it's been fun to watch from our warm beds. And, from what we've seen so far, there will be more capes to come. :)
