There is really just one word to describe being outside at this time of the year – glorious. I will take any excuse to go outside, and even though I usually take way too long to really do nothing to get ready in the morning, I have been making an effort to leave myself enough time to get outside for at least 5 minutes to sit on the deck and meditate. I could sit and feel the sun on my face and listen to the sounds of the birds for hours. Which is why I always have to set a timer. Because otherwise I literally would sit there for hours. And then I would be really late for work.
