Vegan Balsamic Pasta Salad


The long weekend is almost here. I am so excited!! Here are the things I am looking forward to over the July 4th weekend: Lots of yoga. I try to work out every morning, but I don’t usually have more then 30 minutes. I am pretty in love with this yoga DVD, and I can’t wait to have 3 days in a row to do an hour each day of yoga. Myself a couple of years ago would never believe how excited I am to work out. Sunshine and cold drinks. Iced hibiscus tea is one of my faves this time of the year. I think it tastes like melted skittles. In the best way!! Reading. So much reading. I love books a lot. Healthy food (of course!) I can’t wait to eat and create. I just got some gorgeous produce from the farm today which always gets me super excited!!
