You know, just wandering through winter wonderland and pretending like I am in Narnia! Chicago got hit by a huge snow storm earlier in the week followed by subzero degrees weather with a windchill of -47F. See how the city turned into a icy landscape mimicking that of Serbia; hence, "Chiberbia".
