How To Make Simple Chia Pudding

Not only is this delicious chia pudding really good for you but it’s ridiculously easy to make too. You just mix all the ingredients in a jar, shake and refrigerate – it’s that simple.

CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

1/3 Cup chia seeds
1 1/2 Cups milk *
2 Tbs maple syrup *
1/2 tsp vanilla
fruit and coconut to serve

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Place lid on and give a vigorous shake.

2. Chill for about an hour, then return to the jar and give it another shake. Let chill for at least 4 hours – overnight is even better.

3. Serve cold topped with your favourite fruits, nuts and coconut.

* This recipe works with any milk of your choice including coconut milk, soy milk or almond milk. You can replace the maple syrup with honey or stevia too.
