Christmas in July... GAMES on Sale

Happy Sunday!

During my presentations I share this quote. I had someone ask me if I could share it again... so here it is.

We play LOTs and LOTs of games in my room because it adds the novelty the brain craves while we are practicing the same skills over and over again. I change the theme, but keep the task familiar. I don't have time to teach 20 different games, so I switch up the theme and the students get so excited to play the "BRAND! NEW! GAME!!!!"
Nope, same game.
I just want my kiddos to over-learn it.
