A friend handed me this amazing book while I was in NYC this last weekend and I have to say.. I am half way through it and seriously hooked. Meditation is something that I honestly have never tried and seriously felt like I could never accomplish because my mind races on a constant basis..but after smoothly diving into Russell Simmons Success Through Stillness I am pretty sure mediation will become a part of my routine. I will be sure to give you guys a full report once I am knee deep into the ease and art of mediation. I mean if you are going to learn from someone it should be someone like Russell Simmons right.
