fall with neutrals

Fall is on the horizon and it’s time to start getting our closets ready, even if the weather has been feeling more like mid-summer. If you live in NYC you know the seasons change overnight, and it’s best to have your closet set with some favorite seasonal pieces. This fall I’m loving simple neutrals, fun booties, and more structured looks. I was so happy when Marshall’s sent over this Helmut Lang top. Not only is it an amazing Marshall’s find (and great quality), but it matches my personal style perfectly. It fits right into my closet with all the neutrals I’ve been pulling out lately. I love taking a more polished item (like this top) and mixing it with something super casual (like ripped denim). Fall is my favorite season both for the weather, the clothing, and fun fall activities (apple picking, pumpkin spice lattes). Do you guys shop at Marshall’s? Any great fall finds there recently?
