Summer Time Essentials: A Must Have
Lately I have really been interested in trying new things. As a continuation of my last post, "Summer Time Essentials" found here if you haven't checked it out yet! I felt it was only right to tell you what I have been loving in preparation of summer. Since where I live it hardly gets cold, spring kind of skipped just like winter, I feel that summer is in full spring, lol no pun intended!
So here is my summer essentials but not kinda not really summer, list. First up, ASOS Organiser Satchel Bag, I haven't actually got use out of this bag yet, however I am really loving oranges and pinks for spring I can only forecast seeing it continuing into the future. I will be traveling around a lot all throughout France so for the days I need a little extra room this will be my go-to orange delight. Which brings me to my number two. Much bigger than my current Mango square wallet that barely fits five cards and maybe a receipt, is River Island White Lasercut Square Purse. Note how it says "purse" it is large but not excessively large. If you have ever been to Europe you will understand that coins are used more frequently and take up a lot of room and the Euro is actually much bigger than what I am used to. This wallet has two separate sections for my cards and another for my Euros and coins! Super excited to take this gem across to Europe. Did I mention the colors just almost match one another. Sometimes not too matchy-matchy does the job just right, well for me at least.
Next one, my number three must have, Teen Vogue, my absolute favorite fashion magazine, to catch up on latest trends! Consider myself a some-what experienced traveler after last summer around Europe, sometimes music just isn't enough. Number four, a girls best friend, flats! These BCBGeneration'Tilda' Ankle Strap Flat, can tie any outfit together, comfortable and super cute. My favorite part about these is how versatile they are. Can dress them up or down, for those moments grabbing brunch or going to a locals club at night. These babies will be getting a lot of use this summer. A girl has got to stay cute! Even if I only do have one suitcase to pack two months worth of clothes, but hey I did it lat summer.
Moving onto my favorite number five, a bracelet from one of my most shopped stores, Forever 21. This Woven Chain Bracelet has a pop of color to add to any outfit. I tend to lean towards bracelets more than cuffs because my wrist is on the smaller side I can easily adjust so it won't be sliding off. Now number six, come on girls, we all love smelling fresh and floral right? This Coach Fragrance Poppy Roll-On version is sure to be easy for on the go access.
Number seven, a gold watch every girls must have item. While traveling last year in Spain spotted this gem and I just had to have it. No it's no Michael Kors, but surely I love it just the same. This Gold Chrono Watch by Massimo Dutti is simple and clean, a must have for many summers to come. Number eight, if there was one thing that is a must have at all times for me, is lipsticks and lip stains. Recently bought this H&M Lip Tint in red and just had to go back and buy it in Raspberry Red. I always have some kind of lip color on, its starting to become my staple.
Now these last two are more along the lines of me when I was saying I was starting to be more open to trying new things. Number nine, Philosophy The Great Mystery One-Minute Daily Facial. I don't use this everyday as the "daily" implies, but every couple days or so I use this. Absolutely love, must go and get! Oh and did I mention it is on sale right now? Last but not least would have to my favorite is a Masque Bar Anit-Blemish Mud Mask by Look Beauty. I still struggle with dealing with a break out or two and I really feel this does exactly what it promises. Try it, you won't regret it!
