Sometimes you just need a cutesy little pastel dress don't you?! The little heart wings on these buzzy bees drew me to this fabric, too cute not to make it an addition to the #wardrobezoo. This one is going to be getting a lot of wear come summer and it's the perfect way for me to get some pastels in my wardrobe. I do wear a lot of blue these days!
I have decided to take part in
Me Made May this year and am challenging myself to wear a different made by me dress each day. I have almost made 31 dresses so having the dresses to wear won't be an issue and I love wearing my own creations. I am going to blog weekly round up posts and share my wears over instagram I think, I can't wait to see everyone's makes. I am going to shorten the sleeves on a couple and hopefully learn to love
this dress. I love how quickly me made dresses have taken over my wardrobe and to be honest most are better quality than my shop bought dresses.
Dress: Made by me using
Honey Be Mine by Henry Glass & Co Pattern:
Emery by Christine Haynes I have had a lovely weekend filled full of the best things in live - fun, friends and food! I tried not to instaspam too much though it was really tempting. Chilled weekends catching up with friends are
the best weekends, laughter really is the best medicine. I haven't sewn a stitch this weekend yet it has still been ace ;)
