HEAD TO TOE: ZARA ($60 and Under)

I am a self-proclaimed Zara fanatic. And how can you blame me? With cool and colorful pieces like the ones above, you can furbish an entire summer wardrobe for little to nothing. I try super hard not to rock a head-to-toe label or designer, but Zara makes it SO EASY to walk in and whip up a look all under one roof.

Confesh: last year I vowed not to add another high-low hem item to my closet, but this bright yellow tunic has me jonesing for a beach getaway. Shoes, clutch and necklace are just the proverbial icing on the cake!
