WHAT I WORE TODAY: LITTLE RED DRESS

I still remember the first red dress I ever owned. It was actually a hand-me-down of one of my sister's gorgeous velvet dresses given to her by our fashion-forward and fabulous aunt who lives in California. It had a beautiful lace collar and the material was so soft to the touch! And what did I do? I wasted nail polish on it. My mother was furious and actually banned me from using nail polish until I became MUCH older. I had to have been five or six at the time, so heaven only knows what I was doing with nail polish in my possession.
Many years later, I am the proud owner of quite a few stunning red dresses, with this being the latest. Such an easy color to coordinate. I think I might wear it for Valentine's Day!
