Pachicha in Paris

That's Pah-CHEE-cha for all you gringos out there, aka my beautiful mom. After much begging and pleading I convinced her to meet me in Paris. It was her first time across the pond so I had a lot of pressure to be a good guide. Luckily I didn't have to try too hard; Paris is perfect for the queen of sweets. I took her to Popelini to get choux, introduced to me by Jean-Regis. It's a pastry shop established in 1540. We shared a box of six and it was worth every bite.
