NOTE: THE ODD AND THE BEAUTIFUL – PART 2

Fashion’s voracious appetite for images and more specifically good-looking people has often reduced street style to its narcissistic and decorative functions. While I can’t contest it (my job is also to compliment people’s looks), I’ve never limited myself to this role. Observing and documenting are the main reasons I started MonsieurJerome.com three years ago. I always admired the diversity and people’s creativity so it felt natural to showcase the new and the old, the odd and the beautiful.
After yesterday’s all black looks, today focuses on a larger spectrum, celebrating punks, iconoclasts but also more conventional looks.
