A very busy skittlette

I'm still managing to pull out some manis that I had saved up to post whilst I was on holidays. This is one I really loved wearing, although looking back at it now, I wonder if it was just a little bit busy,
If I were sticking to the guidelines of a skittlette mani, as put together by it's creator - Chit Chat Nails, then my index and thumb nail should have just been a straight plain creme polish. But as you can see, I did both a blue gradient and then a glitter gradient! Way to go over the top, right.
The middle and ring finger feature a really pretty water decal from the Born Pretty Store, product #13682. The decals made really light work of pulling off a complex design. This is exactly why I love water decals so much!
On my pinky finger is Pretty Serious Silver Surfer.
