Life is full of surprises, especially in the fashion world. Seriously, who would have thought that sneakers would appear in a haute couture show and blow everyone’s mind?
On a personal level, I’m surprised that I could fall so deeply in love with a pair of sneakers. Considering how Minna Parikka has injected just the right dose of girlishness and whimsy to the design without losing the simplicity, however, it is in fact not too surprising.
