Our Glamping Trip with Skinny Cow!

Whoa! Where do we begin? If you remember us mentioning in a few posts back, Food and the City recently had the opportunity to go on an amazing Glamping trip in Montana with the folks over at Skinny Cow! We were there for 3 days, and boy, do we have a lot to share!

For starters, we stayed in a beautiful cabin at the Paws Up Resort, which in reality was a mini, lofted mansion. Two huge bedrooms, two huge bathrooms, a full kitchen/living room, and the best part, an outdoor jacuzzi. If you want to pretend like you're going camping, I can't stress enough how amazing the Paws Up Resort is. They seriously know how to put the GLAM in GLAMping. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Plus, we've never met a friendlier staff!

The entire trip, Skinny Cow made sure to keep us gals stocked up on the delicious Skinny Cow Candies Skinny Cow Ice Creams. Not to mention all of the adorable swag they gifted us. That's a to-go wine glass, ya'll. A to-go wine glass.

We had the chance to taste a bunch of the products, which of course was the best part, and truly found some new favorites. We particularly fell in love with the Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwich, and even picked up a few boxes when we landed back in New York. If you're as crazy about Snickerdoodle as we are, then it's a definite must-try!

Glamping aside, and when we weren't lounging in our jacuzzis eating Skinny Cow Ice Creams on the 37,000-acre ranch that we were staying on, we were out participating in some bad@ss activities! Um, hello ATV's! Three hours through the hills and mountains just wasn't enough! I'm officially addicted, and it's all thanks to our awesome instructor/guide. He made the experience that more memorable, and I wasn't sure that was even possible. It was an amazing experience to have us girls out there, taking off from our daily lives, and totally unplugging for a few hours.

On our last night with the Skinny Cow crew, we attended a beautiful, lakeside dinner with our fellow writing ladies. We sipped on pink berry cocktails, and indulged in a beautifully crafted dinner. We reminisced about the weekend, told funny stories (how I crashed my ATV into a fence.. yea), and begged Paws Up to let us stay for 7 more years.
