Chokers are the quintessential ’90s jewelry trend that has suddenly come back and has us by our throats, literally. Think ‘The Craft’, ‘Léon: The Professional’, and ‘Clueless’. Oh gosh, do you remember those Tattoo Choker Necklaces? That’s what my youth was like. Choker necklaces and wanting to be a witch from ‘The Craft’. Well, the hard-hitting trend is back and with a vengeance, I might add. Seen rocking lavish collars are Christine Centenera, Taylor Tomasi Hill, Miroslava Duma and Elena Perminova.
