Brow Bars Are So Clutch – Rodarte Spring 2015

Punk is clearly not dead, but it definitely has a new face this time around. Just to recap on some history, punk subculture introduced The Eyebrow Piercing as a fashion statement that has been on since the 1970s, then off, on again (I blame Fergie), off, then on again thanks to Rodarte’s spring 2015 show. Although, sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy of the California-label delivered faux hoops on models brows, they most certainly got their point across. What’s more is the gals gave their models a “washed denim” manicure. To get the look they simply applied navy polish, then wiped parts of it off, while still wet. It was a very interesting look I’m not sure will catch on, but hooking on multiple brow bars? Yep, that trend is a for sure win!
