Dream family car Ford Galaxy

Something we have been discussing recently is what would happen if we wanted or had another baby? The first two things which are obvious is that firstly our house would be inadequate size wise and secondly the car wouldn't have enough seats. We constantly think about our dream home but we do not often think about our dream car.

Ford Galaxy is our dream family car if money were no object, we really love everything about the vehicle. It is something me and my wife regularly talk about because if we want to ever have another baby then we would be needing more space in the family car.

Why the Galaxy, what do we love so much about this car ?

The Galaxy has been a familiar sight on British roads for years now. The cars stylish exterior and interior has not given way to practicality, this has ensured it remains a firm favourite among drivers especially family's.

The big attraction for our family with this car is the ease of which you can have 7 seats and still use the car practically. Another great feature with the car is that you can easily drop the rear two seats to reveal a large boot space. The graphic below shows the interior,we would have to have the car in the seven seat position if we had another baby. The boys would love sitting in the rear of the car and I'm sure they would get up to mischief.

We love all the mod con's which come part and parcel with new cars now-a-days, the Galaxy is no exception and has them packed in to every panel and behind every bit of dashboard. The list is long but here are some we love.
  • Dual-Zone Climate Control
  • Front and Rear parking sensors
  • Heated windscreen
  • USB input socket and DAB radio
  • Xenon headlamps (Extra on the Titanium x)
The car costs so much and couldn't be any further away from what we could ever afford which makes me very sad. The reality would be having to settle for a Galaxy 02/03 which is so far away from it modern partner it just wouldn't be the same.
