Overall Change since 09/01 - Loss of 13 lb


What has gone well ?

I have sabotaged myself yet again ! I'm totally fed up of writing these posts informing you I have put on. I have had a difficult week, our schedule and routine have been all over the place. I need to use the frustration of having to tell everyone every week I have gained weight to actually stick to it.

Where have you struggled ?

Our schedule has been so hectic and has certainly helped me justify sabotaging myself. I could have just had one or two bicuits not the whole pack or I could have had something from home rather than that McDonalds (I hate they have the Monopoly on now its so much more tempting)

Goals/Aims for next week ? (Realistic Goals)

My reason for loosing weight is to look good for Brit Mums Live and the event is rapidly approaching . I need to be confident and feel good in myself to get the most out of talking to other bloggers. I feel like I'm in a much better place than I have been I feel really focused and determined to shift a minimum of 5lbs by next Thursday. I want to introduce some exercise soon as I'm not doing much at the moment, the thought of running has crossed my mind earlier in the week.

How will you achieve your goals ?


Keep my eyes on the prize, lots of people are talking up Brit Mums Live now so there is plenty of inspiration for me to stay on track. I have downloaded the C25K app and really want to try it if my confidence will allow me too ! I have been fantasising about being a runner on and off for years but have never actually got anywhere when trying to run. The app should help me get my confidence up and keep me on track! I'm very excited to try this out and will be sure to keep you all up to date on my progress. I have got some running trainers but no snazzy gear I might spend some of my birthday money on getting some running cloths.
