Slimming World Recipe: Pilau Rice
The best rice we have ever had on slimming world!!
Ingredients:
Fry Light
350g basmati rice
2tbsp Pilau rice seasoning
1/4tsp tumeric
1 tsp cinnamon
600ml vegtable stock
500g pack of stir fry vegtables
Method:
Spray a saucepan with fry light and fry the rice, seasoning, cinnamin and tumeric for about 1 minute, then add the stock and vegtables and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down low and cook covered for 10minutes and then leave to sit for 10-15minutes (still covered) and serve.
So so easy to make and soooooo tasty!
