Lucy Hale look red hot last night at the CMAs. She showed off her new hairstyle, and totally rocked a gorgeous red gown by Romona Keveza.

Lucy changed up her look. “Last year at the I created a soft, ethereal look for Lucy Hale so this year we wanted to keep it classic with a little edge. With Lucy donning a sleek red Romona Keveza gown we were immediately inspired to turn her into a classic Hollywood siren,” said Celebrity Makeup Artist Kelsey Deenihan in a press release.

Here's exactly how Kelsey did it. For Lucy's eyes, "We chose warm brown shades from mark.'s On The Dot Bold Eye Color Compact. The left, middle shadow was swept over the entire eyelid. Next, the shadow in the lower left side of the compact the first was applied to the outside corners with a tapered brush then smudged underneath to elongate the eye. Tracing mark.'s No Place to Run eyeliner in Foxy Brown along the top lash line as well as the same liner in Jet Set on top and bottom waterlines outlined with subtle softness. I finished off eyes with a few generous coats of mark. Lash Act Build and Define Mascara in black. Using an angled brush I defined the brows with Anastasia BeverlyHills brow duo in medium brown."

For Lucy's face, Kelsey said, "For a fresh, glowing base I blended Armani's luminous foundation into the skin and sealed with Laura Mercier foundation powder. Sweeping mark. Glowdacious Illuminating Powder on cheeks with a NARS kabuki brush ensured a subtle luminescence for Lucy on the red carpet.

And for the final touch, "We wanted to finish the look with a statement lip to compliment the shade of Lucy's dress. A blotted coat of mark. Lipclick Full Color Lipstick in Cha Cha was topped with a dab of mark. Glow Baby Glow Hook Up Lip Gloss in Blow Kisses"
