RAINY DAYS
This weekend has been the first real rain in LA for a long while… Funny, because Tyler and I just realized that we have about a dozen leaks in our roof! We’ve been shuffling buckets, bowls and mugs all around our loft to catch the drips. It’s been kind of sweet, really. We definitely spent a little extra time bonding since the rain was keeping us indoors… not to mention all the Oscar nominated movies we had to watch before the awards show!
I’m really happy for all the winners, especially Matthew McConaughey, Cate Blanchett (her dress was amazing!), Lupita Nyong’o, and Jared Leto. It is so cool to watch and feel like we’re able to take part in something BIG.
Despite the rain, the weather has still been refreshing and I was totally fine in my shorts (sorry all you people that are still dealing with the snow!) I got these white, leather ones from a sample sale… yet another score. This beautiful, dainty necklace is from Vanessa Mooney. Her jewelry is always a favorite.
I borrowed my sister’s Dooney & Bourke she’s had for years and I’ve fallen in love with it. It’s the perfect slouchiness and I’m really enjoying the print. It is satisfying my urges to have one of these awesome(ly expensive) Goyard totes.
