Asking our wedding party

Choosing a wedding party is one of the most important details when planning your wedding day. These are the friends and family that are supporting you in preparation for your wedding day, celebrating along the way and standing up next to you when you say, “I do.”

So, Michael and I aimed to create unique ways to ask these guys and gals while also given them something fun and useful.

Maid of Honor & Bridesmaids

“Of all the gals from A-to-Z, you would be the perfect one to stand next to me.” Each girl received an Initial Necklace from Kate Spade Saturday and I just had to get one for myself too.

Best Man & Groomsmen

Or shall I say “groomed men”? Michael asked his sure-to-be-stylish gents with a Harry’s Truman Set and a personalized message printed by me. If you haven’t checked out this brand, you should. Their packaging is fantastic and Michael has said the products are great.

Flower Girl & Ring Bearers

Don’t forget to make the littlest ones feel special too!

I have one niece and four nephews whom I love so dearly and will all be in the wedding party. Now, some of the littlest boys may not make it down the aisle next May but they will still be a part of the gang.

After a failed DIY attempt, I designed and had puzzles made for each of the kids, packaged them in these cute containers and personalized them with a vinyl name decal. Since they all were in town this past weekend, I had them (with the help of their parents) put them together. Thankfully, they all said yes!

My brothers

Since my dad passed away in March and sadly won’t be there to walk me down the aisle, I needed support from two people that mean the world to me … my older brothers. So, I asked them if they would walk me down the aisle by giving them silver cufflinks engraved with my dad’s initials in hopes that they will wear them on the wedding day.
