How to get rid of acne/spots/pimples quickly & cheaply: Tea Tree Oil treatment

Now if I had to choose one product that I had to swear by and forever have an unlimited supply of it, this would be it. Tea Tree Oil. I am not a teenager. I haven't been for a good few years. But I, like a lot of people, still get spots. If I am run down, stressed, time of the month, pretty much anything can flare up a break out. This is the product I turn to and the thing I love so much about it is that it's cheap and doesn't smell horrific like some other acne remedies.

You can buy Tea Tree Oil from pretty much any drug store, chemist or supermarket. I just tend to buy mine where ever I find myself when I have run out. This time I happened to be in Superdrug. The great thing about this collection is that you can also get a Tea Tree Oil face wash & moisturiser.

This particular Tea Tree product comes with a stick, much like that you get with lip glosses. When ever I feel a break out coming, or a spot that is starting to appear, I apply this to the area straight away every 3-4 hours. It leaves a refreshing feeling in the area and smells like peppermint. leaving a clear shiny oil on the area (like shown below) which dries up quickly if you wished to then apply concealer over the top. It looks green but doesn't come out that colour at all.

The other fantastic thing about this particular Tea Tree Oil is that it is Paraben Free. Parabens are thought to play a role in the development of breast cancers, so I try my best where I can to avoid them.

I have found chemists that also sometimes stock concealers that have Tea Tree Oil in them which are also an amazing buy, I have sadly though not found any recently. For £2.99 I can not sing this product's praises enough. The redness of my spots go down completely after having used this on the area in under 24 hours and it's great to just have in your bag incase you feel a break out at any time. What do you use to clear up any break outs?
