In 2005…

I was 18 years old.

George W. Bush was still president.

I graduated high school.

The iPod mini was for rich kids.

Green Day. Perfect.

I started college at KSU. It didn’t really take.

The not rich kids still used a CD Walkman, or a “Diskman”.

I started listening to emo music.

MySpace was still a thing, and being removed from someone’s top 8 was a huge slap in the face.

I had a boyfriend named… errr… let’s call him Vic. He went to Georgia Tech, and he broke up with me after I started KSU.

College kids friended everyone that also went to their college on Facebook, and class schedules were also shared on profiles.

I lived with 3 other girls, and we did NOT get along. Typical.

AIM was still a thing, because Facebook chat was not.

I didn’t go to senior prom.

Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson were still married.

It’s safe to say I don’t really miss 2005.
