The Hair Chronicles Vol I

Hey guys! I figured I'd share with you all some of the hair I've been doing in school over the past few months. If you follow me on instagram (which you should!) you've seen all these pictures before. However, I hope you guys still enjoy it! Some are before and afters and some are just afters but I figured I'd try and make this a monthly thing so I can share with you all my hair work! These are all iphone photos so I know the quality isn't what you guys are used to on my blog but bear with me!

This is a before and after of my aunt's hair. We did her color the first time and loved it but she wanted to go a little big lighter for summer. We added in a lot of balyage throughout with face framing pieces in the front (which you obviously can't see :( unfortunately)

Here's another balyage I did on one of my good friend's hair, Kianna who is a student at PMTS with me.
This is an updo I did for a guest who was attending a wedding
This guest actually had a shoulder length stacked, inverted bob (that I cut weeks prior) when she walked in to get her hair done. She thought a short cut would be a great way to beat the heat! We added in a few balyage pieces focusing on the top to add some fun.

This is my mom's hair. The first picture is when we first added in highlights, we did a full foil. Funny story there she was actually one of my first guests on the floor! The second picture is after the double process we did on her to bring her allover lighter. Our goal was to bring her allover light from the beginning but we decided to put lightener on her whole head instead of doing highlights each visit. The last two pictures are more recent and those were after a series of toning and highlights.

A full foil highlight on this guest! She's so sweet, I love having her in my chair!

Refreshed highlights on this blonde beauty

Still one of my favorite ombres I've done!! She came in with an "ombre" she didn't like at all. It was too dark and the bottom wasn't an allover light color like she wanted so we went in and fixed it. I love how it came out!
A cut on my other aunt! She had all one length and needed volume so we gave her a lot of layers and preserved her length!
An inverted bob and color I did. I added in some balyage type highlights to transition her from her faded red to this dark, warm brown.
A style I did for a wedding attendee. Color and cut NOT done by me

I hope you guys liked this! Let me know if you'd enjoy seeing more of these posts in the future :D
