{Coutume Instituutti}

Is it time for another coffee post yet? Yes, when it comes to good coffee the answer is always yes. If you’ve had your fill of decent coffee recently, count yourself lucky as that only makes one of us. I’ve returned from the mountains, back to reality and my stint there was entirely void of coffee. Not one ounce of the good stuff. I must admit that far from suffering from caffeine withdrawals I woke up every morning with more energy than I’ve ever had in my life. An all organic, vegan diet and mountain air will do that to you I suppose. Having said that, now I’m back in Paris all I can think about is which cafe I shall first frequent out of all the wonderful ones we have here. One which is receiving a lot of buzz right now is the Coutume Instituutti, another extension of Coutume which can be found inside the Finnish Institute. Its decor and color palette are evocative of Scandinavian design, making this large room a light and modern place to enjoy your coffee.
