lipstick lovin’

Okay, true confession: I have an irrational fear of lipstick. Up until lately I never really gave it a second thought. I don’t wear lipstick, and that was it. But lately I’ve been seeing it everywhere!

I love the way a bright pop of color looks on other people, but I alway feel like it makes me look clownish. Maybe I’m just not used to the color on my face, but every time I’ve tried to wear lipstick I feel ridiculously self-conscious all day long. Everyone always seems to look so wonderful and put together with color on their lips, and I totally wish I could pull it off.

I’m going to attempt to conquer my fear though! I’m hoping I’ll get used to seeing bright lips on myself, and maybe look as cute as some of these girls.

Do y’all like to wear color on your lips? How do you pull it off and look stylish and not clownish?
