Packing with Portero

In just a few short hours, I will be on my way to experience my very first Fashion Week in New York City. I am so excited to be traveling with dear friends, Bishop & Holland, and I can’t wait to share some exciting collaborations & projects with you! Oh and I know you are all thinking, a teacher at fashion week?! So yes, a teacher at fashion week. Crazy!

Packing for an event like Fashion Week can be an exciting, yet daunting task. However, I was so excited when Portero wanted to team up to share my packing list for NYFW. Portero is one of the leading companies in selling authentic, vintage bags and the only place I go to for gently used accessories. This Louis Vuitton Duffle from Portero was the perfect size for a quick trip. Not only does it do the job, but it looks great too!

In my bag, you will find some fun heels, like these new lace up booties from Steve Madden. Or of course, the classic Valentino Rock Stud Pump. I also threw in some flats because, let’s be honest, there’s no way I am trekking all over the city in those heels. These Yosi Samara Flats are perfect because they fold easily and come in a little pouch to keep in your purse!
