BIKINI BODY MOMMY CHALLENGE 2.0: WORKOUT DAY 85

Oh My! I’m a little bit emotional as we round this corner into our final week of our BBM 2.0 Challenge BIKINI BODY MOMMIES!

How are you feeling? Emotional? Ready to end this thing? I promise if you have been here from the beginning the sense of accomplishment will be UNREAL! You may feel a bit emotional by the end if you aren’t already! xx, – B

The format of our workout is changing .. so please be aware of that!

Today we will be doing the following:
We will start with a 3 minute warm up then move to the following:

- Death March for 4 minutes
- Rest one minute
- 8 count body builders for 4 minutes
- Rest for one minute
- Elbow plank for one minute
- side plank – right for one minute
- Elbow plank for one minute
- Side plank – left for one minute

- Cool down for 3 minutes
