Ingredients:
4 large Boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil cooking spray
4 pinches of salt
2 pinches pepper
2 pinches coriander
2 pinches cumin
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300F. Lightly spray the chicken breasts with cooking
spray then sprinkle desired amount of spices on both sides. Place the
chicken on a baking tray or casserole dish and bake until cooked
through (20-30 minutes depending on size). Remove from oven, check for
doneness, serve and enjoy!
