DAY 2: Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 2.0

It’s our first CARDIO DAY BIKINI BODY MOMMY. If you’ve joined me in the past you’ll know that CARDIO=HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) .. and that’s just what we’re going to do today.

HIIT workouts are intense .. and they are intended to be that way. You get the most bang for your buck with these babies .. but you’ve gotta work for them. Be sure that you are giving every move YOUR ALL! Push as hard as you can .. and be sure to take the rest breaks as indicated. This rise and decline of your heart rate is what helps make major changes in your body in a short amount of time.


As promised … Here is your workout for DAY 2. It’s a CARDIO Day!

Set your interval timers for 20 minutes … 1 minute of exercise, 1 minute of rest …. .Here are your exercises:

1. March in Place
2. Jumping Jacks
3. “x” squats
4. Chair step ups – Right Leg
5. Chair step ups – Left Leg
6. Irish Jig
7. “Big arm” skip in place
8. Burpees
9. Mountain Climbers
10. Spiderman Plank
