As promised … Here is your workout for DAY 17. It’s a STRENGTH TRAINING Day!

Today we will be doing the following exercises:
1. Squat Press
2. Tricep Kickbacks (weights needed)
3. 3 way lunge (right)
4. 3 way lunge (left)
5. Lateral Lunge Shuffle
6. Hammer Curl (weights needed)
7. Plie Squat (with dumbbell)
8. Plank Twist Crunch
