I KNOW that you are feeling STRONGER, right? Now .. be honest … how are you doing your PUSH UPS? Are you still on your knees are are you pushing yourself ad trying them on your toes? I CHALLENGE you today to get on those TOES for your push ups today! You might honestly surprise yourself!
