1- In & Out Squat
2- 1 Arm rows – right
3- 1 Arm rows – left
4- Push Up Burpees
5- Lunge bicep curl – right
6- Lunge bicep curl – left
7- Plank Object Jump Tucks
8- Plank Crunch
