2 – Weighted Curtsy Lunge – Right
3 – Weighted Curtsy Lunge – Left
4 – Squat Curl Press
5 – Around the Worlds
6 – Squat Jumps
7 – Overhead Tricep Extension
8 – Up Down Plank
