Weekly Wednesday Workout: Corkscrew Planks
Welcome to the Weekly Wednesday Workout! Today we are focusing on the core with some legs too!
Previously we have done
Planks with leg lifts,
Side Planks with Oblique Crunches,
Plank Variations, &
Plank Row with Dumbbells. How cool is this exercise? This is definitely not for the faint at heart. All that lifting and twisting can hurt something if you are not careful! What I like about it though is that its a nice twist on the traditional plank. When I do planks, the time just creeps by…although this variation is much tougher, I am at least moving around.
