30 Day Get Picky Challenge with Fiber Choice

This post is sponsored by Fiber Choice®. All opinions and stories are as always, my own.

Do You Get Enough Fiber?

I am terrible at making sure I get enough fiber. No, really. It’s pretty awful. I am like the WORST! I try to eat enough fruit during the day–but clearly not hard enough! I know I don’t get the recommended amount–not even close. I did some research into my lack of fiber problem and I found some options for fiber including:

  1. bran cereal: I am not much of a cereal girl like I was growing up but honestly bran cereal tastes like what I would imagine a brown paper bag would
  2. popcorn: I like popcorn as much as the next girl but quite honestly it makes me feel super bloated, regardless of how good it tasted!
  3. oatmeal: Oatmeal is a great source of fiber except sometimes I don’t have the time to make it when I get to work. I usually eat something insanely quickly and jump into my daily duties.

A new, easy way to get Fiber in your diet

I am so excited to announce that I will be working with Fiber Choice® and taking their 30 day challenge to get more fiber in my daily diet. I have decided to try the Fiber Choice® Fruity Bites (similar to gummies) for 30 days and I’m not even kidding when I tell you they are delicious. I don’t even know what I expected from the gummies, I think I expected them to be bland tasting and all fiber-ry. Instead they are so yummy! They taste better than regular gummies and they have all the benefits too (3 grams of fiber per 2 gummies!)

Why do we need Fiber?

We need fiber to help regulate our digestive system and it is recommended that we at least 25-30 grams a day. Most Americans only intake about half that everyday! In addition to the fruit, leafy greens and (if you prefer) bran cereal, you can have yummy fruity bites to make sure that your fiber intake is up to par!

Another reason why the Fruity Bites are awesome is because Fiber Choice® products contain 100% soluble natural fiber to help support the immune system, digestive tract and overall health and regularity, and may be taken every day as part of an ongoing effort to live a healthier life.

So now, the Fiber Choice® Fruity Bites are in my purse so I can have my three servings anywhere–on the train to work, at home, at my moms house, anywhere I go, they go! It count’s for a third of my fiber intake! #winning

Do you get enough fiber daily? What are your favorite fiber sources? Would you try the Fiber Choice® fruity bites?
