This sums up how I passed the time for a majority of this torrential rainstorm we've been having in Southern California. Can you believe that in two days, downtown LA has seen more rain than it had in all of 2013? While a very wet apocalypse was raging outside, I spent many quiet hours sitting in the aisles of my city's library, hunched over and studying old favorites and new discoveries. Anywhere with literature is my happy place.
